Welcome to The Constellation. For a donation of as little as $1, you can launch or add to a star in the name of someone you love: a family member, a co-worker, or a friend.
Launch a new star To create a star, simply click on "Launch a Star" and fill in the required fields. You’ll have the option to include a tribute message and photo for the honoree. When you are finished, click “Launch” at the bottom of the form to add your star to The Constellation. While your star launches you also have the option to invite six loved ones to add a tribute to your star.
Add to an Existing Star Since everyone is connected by this tragic disease, there’s a good chance your honoree may already have a star. You are encouraged to add to a star to keep The Constellation glowing, and continue the tribute to by sharing the star with your family and friends. To add to a star, search for your honoree on the main page of The Constellation and click on the “Add to this Star” button. When you have completed your message, click “Submit”. Your message will appear immediately on the star.
Search for a Star To find a star that has already been launched, enter the honoree’s name in the search box on the main page of The Constellation and click the “GO” button. Once you locate your star, you can click to see messages that others have dedicated to that star by clicking “View this Star” or add your own message by clicking “Add to this Star”. If you star doesn’t exist, we encourage you to create a new star.
